Which platforms does Refurbli support?

Out of the box we support eBay and WooCommerce, with a generic core layer that can be extended to other channels.

How are workspaces separated?

Each workspace has its own isolated data: items, orders, files and integrations are all scoped by workspace_id in the database.

Can I run multiple brands or clients?

Yes. Use a separate workspace per brand or client to keep operations clearly separated.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts start on the Free plan and you can upgrade to Pro at any time from inside the app.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts; you can cancel before your next billing cycle and you will not be charged again.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored securely in the EU using a managed PostgreSQL database. Backups are taken regularly so you can restore if needed.
